- No. We hold the unit in your name and nothing is due when you reserve. Your first month is due when you move in.

- What are the access hours?
- The gate is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The office is open daily, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Central (9 to 9 Eastern).
